I am an experienced generalist able to tackle a wide range of general texts as well as semi-specialised and specialised texts. I particularly like the cultural and linguistic challenges posed by creative texts. I have translated books on Literary Criticism and I have worked in theatre translation. I have also trained in Transcreation and Audiovisual Translation. 

For many years I worked as a translator trainer in a prestigious programme part of the European Masters in Translation (EMT) network. This has given me valuable insights not only in text analysis but also the importance of quality assurance.
