I am a qualified Russian to English translator with experience in the fields of Education, Agriculture and Business. I translate into English only and hold a BA in Russian studies from the University of Nottingham and the Institute of Linguists' Diploma in Translation specializing in Business and Social Science through the University of Westminster with a merit in all papers.
I am also a qualified EFL teacher with a CELTA.
I have lived in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine for long periods and hence have an excellent knowledge of contemporary Russian lexicon. I also hold qualifications in Chemistry and Geology giving me a good foundation for scientific work. I have also worked as a voice over artist and editor for Kazakh national television.
