Translator Arabic and Amazigh to English from video from Tunisis (55 min)

We are looking for a translator who is familiar with both Arabic and Amazigh. So preferably from the area. Please don't respond if you don't know them both and don't come from the area.

We have three Arabic spoken videos of a total of 55 minutes, from which we need an English translation. The videos were recorded in Tunisia and include the Amazigh dialect.

So to write down in English what is being said in Arabic and Amazigh.

With the video I can send a Word document with the exact time codes from which we would need the translation.

What would be your rate per minute? And what would be delivery time? We would need it asap.

Experience in translating video is preferred.
