Been thinking, would a tab enabling you to ignore job posts submitted by certain outsourcers (especially those with bad reputation) be helpful?
and, is this function available on Proz.com?
If not, I suggest one, could be accessed via BB page, this could make our lives much better right? In the heat of the moment, sometimes we forget to check the outsourcer’s BB until its too late.
Your opinions and support matter.

Of course, one should always check the BlueBoard. However, it would save a great deal of time if there were options like:
- Only notify me of jobs by agencies with a BB rating higher than ... (and unrated agencies)
- Only notify me of jobs with a word rate higer than ... (or no word rate included)
Shouldn't be too difficult to implement?

This function also contains an option to filter job postings from job posters with an average LWA below a certain level. (Note that this function is available to ProZ.com members only.)

Dear Ralph, the problem is that those bad outsourcers, for some crazy reason of theirs, are not equally dishonest with everybody.
I was going through a bad patch ( it happens to everybody, I guess) so I decided to accept a project posted by an agency that the BB told me did not pay, or paid irregularly.
Well, what do you know, I did three projects for these people and, although I had to write and write again, they paid to the last cent. The last project I did for them, you could have... True, except where an outsourcer is simply unable to pay.

Good for you - but you were still exposed to the risk.
So, how do we know who we can trust and who we cannot trust?
You don't - and you don't have to know: it's a matter of being aware of the risk you're prepared to take.

If you had to "write and write again" to get paid, that means that they did not comply with the agreed terms. That is dishonesty in my book or, at the very least, extremely lax payment practices that I'm not willing to put up with. The fact that you were lucky enough to eventually get every cent you were owed after much insistence is irrelevant.
It doesn't matter if they paid the last project on the spot: their payment practices are still irregular... and isn't exactly that what you read on the BB? So, as Ralph said, you were exposed to that risk; actually, you were burned as well, forced to "write and write again" to receive your money. We shouldn't have to do that at all.
Personally, I wouldn't touch an outsourcer that pays on time only whenever THEY feel like it, thus exhibiting complete disregard for the agreed terms, with a ten-foot pole. I like to know when I'll get the money I have rightfuly earned, and I like to know that I won't have to chase after someone for days on end to get paid. I have much better ways to spend my time.
