Definition / notes:	(2) Claims of patent defects concerning the delivered items shall receive consideration only if such defects are annotated in the bill of carriage; the same shall apply to damage in transit. Notification shall be made immediately in writing. The contract partner shall otherwise notify us in writing of any defects within 10 days at the latest after receipt of the delivered items at the place of destination. Defects which are also undetectable within this time period shall be notified to us in writing without delay after their detection, at the latest within three months after receipt of the delivered items at the place of destination. Notices in respect of defects, as well as the verifica-tion and redress of warranty claims, shall not interrupt the limitation period.
