What is a "telefonslingan"?

I saw it used in a document explaining (among other things) how to contact a court by telephone.

Thanks

Thanks again

Agree with Matt. I seem to remember this coming up for me a few years ago. It's just a way of describing how the telephone system works, i.e. there's a loop involved somewhere along the line (pun intended).
Matt Bibby Nov 6, 2017:
Pretty sure it's not the assisted hearing 'hörslinga', more like the regular phone system.
G. L. (asker) Nov 6, 2017:
The full sentence is "Vill du istället prata med oss så är telefonnumret till enheten (telefonslingan) XX XX XX XX."
Tania McConaghy Nov 6, 2017:
hörslinga? Related to this perhaps: https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hörslinga
Matt Bibby Nov 6, 2017:
This is just the central phone system I think. Do you have the word in the sentence where it appeared?
