Sfruttamento/del datore di lavoro (o del padrone) Explanation: oppure 'responsabilità civile padronale' (anche se non è che mi garbi molto). Riguardo a 'explotación', io l'ho tradotta 'sfruttamento' ma è un termine che, per la sua polisemia, rende difficile la traduzione senza averne un contesto: difatti vuol dire non solo l'atto o l'effetto del trarne rendimento, sfruttare qc., ma anche trarre utile dal lavoro degli altri senza rimunerarlo adeguatamente (è per questo che di primo acchito ho pensato che ci fosse un errore).
