I really don't think so:
'Neutrophilia' (in Spanish Neutrofilia) and 'neutrophils' (in Spanish Neutrofilos) have a very different meaning and cannot be used interchangeably.
'Neutrophils' are a type of white cell, while 'neutrophilia' is a condition where a person has a high number of neutrophils in their blood. Therefore, neutrophil is the cell itself and 'neutrophilia' is an increased number of neutrophils, in the blood stream.
" Neutrophils, which are produced in the bone marrow and circulate in the blood, are a type of white blood cell. Neutrophils, are abundant and make up about 50% to 75% of white blood cells. Neutrophils respond to infection and attack bacteria and other foreign invaders directly."

While Neutrophilia:
"Neutrophilia: More than the normal number of neutrophils, a type of white blood cell (specifically a form of granulocyte) filled with neutrally-staining granules, tiny sacs of enzymes that help the cell to kill and digest microorganisms it has engulfed by phagocytosis. The mature neutrophil has a segmented nucleus (it is called a seg or poly) while the immature neutrophil has band-shape nucleus (it is called a band). The neutrophil has a lifespan of about 3 days."
