It could be almost anything But my guess points to "espigado", since the source has a strong relation with biofuel and a fiofuel plant. If I am right, the key term would then be "espiga" (ear), from which biofuel can be produced.

It might be picado c and g are very close on the keyboard... Amongst other things, picado is part of concreting and refers to penetrating a mass to aerate it in some cases or settle it in others.

It could be apagado Meaning shutdown or cutoff. Pigado doesn't appear to be a word.

This article on a storage park for petroleum product uses the term 'pigado' in reference to the pigging system (Pipeline Inspection Gauge system) that it uses to (internally) clean the pipes -

I understand that these are also referred to as 'rascadores', but it looks like 'pigado' is derived from the 'pig' acronym.

agree bigedsenior : It is a basic system in many industries using pipeline transportation-transfer. Not only is it used for cleaning and scraing but also for recovery of product that has adhere to the pipe walls.
