Police document
Hello there,
I am translating a text about a prisoner who is being extradited from Slovakia and the abbreviation AO crops up in a document detailing his personal effects.
It is in a handwritten note by one of the police/prison officers taking him into custody:
"prinesú veci, treba nahlásit na AO"
I presume that the "they" are the escorting/arresting officers
AO is then also entered alongside his confiscated mobile phone (if that helps) and
alongside the cover for that phone there is a handwritten "S" (which I also cannot work out but since it is only a single-letter abbreviation then perhaps the customer will understand).
Any help very gratefully received.
Charlie

Note from asker:
Thanks Denisa. You are quite right. Actually I rang up the customer and found out - see my note to Michal - but you probably did not read that so I don't see why I should not just award you the points for having the kindness to respond |

report to Archiving Department
It looks to me that those items shoud be reported to "Archívne Oddelenie" to store belongings of imprisoned person.
But this is only my guess from the context.

Note from asker:
Thanks Michal. Please see my note to Rad though. Turns out it should be Administrativni oddelenie |
But a big thank you for your input |
