Thank you, everyone! Once you explained to me what it means, I decided to use 'Win a Million!' I didn't see the need to translate "Nota" literally because the main point is winning the million, not the mechanics of how it's won.

@ Muriel Given your other question, about the "Placar", this "nota" could also be the score. That is, the player answers questions and builds up a score (nota). If they reach a high "nota", the "Nota do Milhão", they'll win a million.
And, yes, "Win a Million" would be a good solution in any case, IMO.

It is about invoices (notas) ... each invoice (nota or nota fiscal) obtained in purchases, generates a number and with that number you participate in a drawing of 1 million reais something like "The Million Invoice"

The Million Bill

This "nota" refers to a Dollar Bill or a Real Bill, not an invoice.
However, this name is an analogy to the Show do Milhão, and it won't make sense in English unless you find a similar program and devise a analogous name as well.

Millionaire would refer to the original title of the show.

And the Nota on the original term its short for "Nota Fiscal", that its close to the receipt you receive after a purchase.
