The only thing I found was that Jurado Brasil is a brand of coffee sold in Russia. No idea what RODDC is.

Who knows? In the present context, it's almost impossible to know what RODCC stands for. A Google search retrieved about 9,000 results for "RODDC", which could be anything from a hashtag to a person's initials or something else. I only found one instance of "RODDC Jurado" and that's this very question on ProZ. The only way to find out, in my opinion, is to ask the client for clarification.

maybe Jury would be better than panel, as that is the term they use on the website.
