This is tricky. I've never come across the word 'sensamasu'-are you sure you have it correct? 'anata wa' means 'you'; without the verb I can't do any better with the first part. Sorry!
'ai shiteru' means 'I love you'.
'anata wa hatemasu' means literally 'you end/reach your end/conclusion'. 'You pass away' seems appropriate.
