questa dicitura si trova all'interno di un certificato medico per le tossicodipendenze, nell'ambito di una valutazione sul recupero del tossicodipendente; credo che in questo caso si tratti di colloqui tipo sessioni di psicoterapia, ma dal momento che non lo dice esplicitamente vorrei mantenermi fedele al testo, come potrei dire per rendere bene il senso in spagnolo?
