I am translating a secrecy agreement between a company that has invented a product and a partner with whom it is going to share some information.
Vereinbarung zwischen A als Rechtsinhaber und B als Interessent und Partner mit Gültigkeit für beiderseitige Rechtsnachfolger.
I am interested in how you would translate 'Rechtsinhaber' (title holder?) and the last part 'mit - Rechtsnachfolger.'
