"Treatment"
It means that products imported from the territory of member states of WTO shall not be treated worse (less favourably) than like products of national origin. A rough example: Georgia shall treat wines imported from France just like it treats locally produced wines, i.e. it shall not impose some restrictions for French wines that do not apply to locally produced wines.
