Discussion

seaMount Nov 30, 2004:
... a daring survey? Maybe the Oper-dammer is the one who's always obstructing the good flow of operations?
Non-ProZ.com Nov 30, 2004:
;( The survey is in English. I tried to ask the client, but received no answer so far...
Ken Cox Nov 29, 2004:
Agree with Rita, and in general this doesn't read like natural English - possibly a trnslation)
RHELLER Nov 29, 2004:
not English, which country does this pertain to?
Nesrin Nov 29, 2004:
Could it be a VERY weird typo for "operations manager"?
Mikhail Kropotov Nov 29, 2004:
There is "dammer-diking" - the only relevant info I could find.

Operations Manager (+ another possibility)

1) it could be a typo #231: "Operations Programmer"
Existing profession/role. See: http://www.google.nl/search?sourceid=navclient&hl=nl&ie=UTF-...

2)it could be a typo #A85: "Operations Manager"
This is more likely - given the combination Merchandiser + Merchandiser Manager - that it should have been Operations + Operations Manager

p.s. the #A-typos are the most severe including twisting of more than 2 characters & meaning, excluding essential elements and hence coming up with an abstract incomprehensible representation of something otherwise very useful. Just like we twist our worldview from time to time ;-)
