Non-PRO English Social Sciences Names (personal, company) in a script for a tennis documentary
Hello everyone,

From a script for a documentary about tennis.

The undisputed Queen of women’s tennis in the 20th century clawed her way to the throne with extreme sacrifice, meticulous training, and an unquenchable desire to be the best in the business.

The game’s princess of the 21st century has worked just as hard off the court as on it, combining skill with good looks to become the richest in the business.
It’s a clash of the ‘ovas’: Martina Navratilova...and Maria Sharapova.

What does "ovas" mean?

Thank you. You're right, of course. And I learned from your link that not only have we always pronounced Sharapova's name wrong, but Navratilova's too, always stressing the "o" when it should be the second "a" in Sharapova, and both in Navratilova.
