CEE norms help (not translation)

English Law/Patents Food & Drink
The Italian Forest and Agriculture department has a norm (decreto 270302) where the mandatory commercial names of differnt types of seafood (molluscs, crustaceans etc.) are listed according to their scientific names. Does anyone know of other pages (with similar content) of other countries, or of translations of this documuent into other languages?

I would appreciate answers(suggestions) either in english, spanish or french, thanks.
