Hola, estoy traduciendo un testamento al español. Tengo dudas con lo siguiente:
I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto my Trustees Upon Trust to sell call in and convert the same into money with power to postpone the sale calling in and conversion thereof so long as they shall in their absoulte discretion think fit without being liable to loss and to hold the net proceeds of such sale calling in and conversion and the net income thereof until sale and my ready money upon the following trusts:-
Me confunde porque en este caso "net proceeds" y "net income" ¿no sería lo mismo?
Luego, ese "until sale" también me despista, porque no le veo sentido ahí.
Cualquier ayuda será bien recibida.
