Este vorba despre un copil pentru care a existat până acum un Care Order, pe care l-am tradus ca Ordin de Dispunere a Plasamentul, conform proz, și pentru care se cere emiterea unui Placement Order. Din ce am citit despre el (a se vedea mai jos) e ordinul prin care copilul e „placed for adoption”, adică autoritatea locală poate să inițieze procedurile necesare în vederea adopției, așa că mă gândeam să traduc ca Ordin de Dispunere a Plasamentului în vederea Adopției, ca să îl diferențiez de Care Order și Adoption Order. Placement order
An order made under section 21 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002, which allows a local authority (LA) to place a child with prospective adopters. It can only be made in relation to a child who is the subject of a care order or where the threshold criteria for a care order are satisfied. Parents and guardians with parental responsibility must either have consented to the child being placed for adoption or the court has dispensed with their consent.
A placement order has the effect of suspending a care order and transfers the LA's parental responsibility to the adoption agency.
