English term or phrase: chained
The carpet has on one side no fringes, it was chained.

Sarà proprio letteralmente tenuto da una catenella, incatenato?
Volevo solo essere sicuro se ha una logica, se avete mai sentito di un tappeto posato in questo modo.

Non mi fido più di quello che mi scrivono nei testi sorgente. :((
