The Charterer and the Cruise company may withdraw from the agreement if a cruise cannot be started for reasons of force majeure (these being, for
example, government or official directives, war, warlike conditions, epidemics, natural occurrences like high or low water levels, civil or
political turmoil, strike(s) or as a result of damage to the vessel, its engines, etc. or for any other reason independent of the wills of the
contracting parties.
