4 +1 | régime; system |
|
régime; system Explanation: régime vs. the dictionary definition of arrangement works with open and closed (anstalter > institutions) I discern 2 main problems: the régime double-uo with (i) et lukket regi (in a closed system) and 'mere restriktive foranstaltningsmuligheder', namely try straitjacketing into more restrictive régime alternatives or turn around to alternative régimes. PS Having read literature - prefaced by Magnus Magnusson - on Greenland over 30 years ago, I - having experienced a closed British boarding school 'system' - am somewhat surprised to see that there is now such a level of crime on the island continent to warrant these custodial 'measures'.
