جَادَ = Assiduous = ثابِتٌ عَلَى, continuing, lasting, permanent, standing دَائِم , بَاق The first Roman Standing Theater was built by Pompey in 55 BC. It was erected in the Campus Martius, next to the Curia (where Julius Caesar was later assassinated.) There seem to have been seats for about 10, 000 spectators.

disagree  Eyad Amayreh: The "experimental.." checks (is OK), but not the other one. It doesn't say anything in your links as to what it is. As far as I can tell, "standing" means the audience are not sitting.
