interactivity as a principle of (delivering/conducting) training Explanation: It refers to 'interactivity' as a method by which a training session is conducted. In a traditional model of training delivery, there is one trainer who speaks and others listen. There is no interactivity there. What that part of the text says is that the training should be conducted/delivered in an interactivity format. I would keep the word 'training' there, instead of 'learning' since 'training' refers primarily to people who are not 'learners' but are already employed (typically teachers or other professionals). |
