Vidim na šta se odnosi, ali za samu skraćenicu mogu samo da pretpostavim da je ovo "TOU" skraćenica za neki latinski termin poput "tonus oculus uterque" - očni pritisak oba oka, pošto vidim da postoji "TOD/tonus oculus dexter" i "TOS/tonus oculus sinister", za desno i levo oko pojedinačno.
U svakom slučaju, nebitno. Vama je bitno da je to na engleskom IOP.

Da, to bi definitivno bilo preciznije, ali vidim da na engleskom prevode i kao "each" i kao "both", a pojavljuje se "mean IOP" koji se nekada izračunava za svako oko ponaosob, a nekada za obe oka, pa u to već ne bih zalazio.
