Buongiorno,
devo tradurre un documento legale del tribunale da allegare al testamento in cui viene decretata la pubblicazione del testamento stesso, ma non riesco a trovare un corrispettivo in italiano della figura viša sudska savjetnica, cioè la persona che ha firmato il documento.

In Italia i testamenti vengono generalmente pubblicati da un notaio, ma in questo caso è un funzionario interno al tribunale. Qualcuno sa aiutarmi? Grazie.
