Bună ziua, dragi colegi.
Am nevoie de puțin ajutor cu traducerea sintagmei de mai sus. Apare într-un certificat constatator austriac în următorul context:
Die Generalversammlung bestimmt, wenn mehrere Geschäftsführer bestellt sind, deren Vertretungsbefugnis. Gemischte Vertretung möglich.
Din ce am citit, se referă la situațiile când societatea nu e reprezentată de 2 administratori, ci de un administrator împreună cu un împuternicit. Oare e de ajuns să zic ceva de genul „sunt posibile forme mixte de reprezentare” sau ar trebui să pun și o notă în care explic ce e această reprezentare mixtă? Voi cum ați traduce?
