Danish term or phrase: konvertering læge
Has anyone come across a "konvertering læge" please. It's used in the notes of two different cardiac patients. I thought first it meant that the doctor had cardioverted the patients, but neither of them had atrial fibrillation, and cardioversion is not mentioned anywhere. The patients' notes are from a few years ago "Historisk Procedurenotat", so perhaps it means something like the doctor transcribing/summarising old notes?
