English term or phrase: sign and execute
Hi, I'd appreciate your suggestions for translating the following:

"I declare that I ... sign and execute this instrument..."

In this context, both mean to sign. But 'execute' has the added intent of performance as in להוציע לפועל, which seems odd to ascribe to the testator.
