A jesli chodzi o sam skrót pt. to przecież:

Być może, i dlatego dodałem to jako opcję w komentarzu, byc moze pasującą dla innej sytuacji. Ale zdecudowanie spotkałem się z uzyciem "point" zamiast "Line item" czy "itme" w dokumentach prawnych, na przyklad z UE, jak tutaj:

"The "Communication on the Community marketing
authorisation procedures for medicinal products"8 clarifies that this choice does not
allow both a central and a national marketing authorisation to co-exist simultaneously
for the same product and that once a central marketing authorisation has been issued,
there is no room for an additional scientific evaluation and regulatory decision for the

Communication). If such situation would occur the Commission would consider the
need for a referral procedure.

The only exception for possible co-existence of central and national marketing

Gdy tłumaczysz: part = pt., a kilka linijek niżej piszesz, że point = pt., to czy masz pewność, że czytelnik nie pogubi się?

O ile wiem z własnego doświadczenia, standardowym i bezpiecznym tłumaczeniem "punktu" w tekście (np. umowy) jest "item".
