French term
débit DLS
French to English

fuel testing for cars
I'm translating the results of an automotive fuel test and one section says débit DLS: 30.0 l/min
I don't know what the 'DLS' can possibly be nor how to translate the acronym (I'm okay with 'débit' obviously, it is the acronym I don't know)

Je suis presque certaine mais je vous laisse voir pour le contexte:
Je pense qu'il s'agit du débit en décilitre par seconde.

: S'il s'agit de décilitre par seconde, comment expliquer que le résultat est exprimé en litre par minute ?

Thank you for your reply! My problem is a lack of context... It is a section in a report of an emmissions test. I can give you the items in the section:
Réference
Législateur ----- EU
Température réf - 273.15 K
Pression réf ----- 1013.3 mbar
CVS débit ------ 6.0 m3/min
Débit DLS ---- 30.0 l/min
Thank you for your help :)
Incidentally, 30 l/min of (diesel) fuel flow implies quite a big engine. According to my calculations the corresponding mechanical output is about 5MW, or about 7000hp, though maybe they're talking about coolant, or lubricant?? (Diesel Lubricant System?) Context, context....
