Previa notificación al Directorio, el accionista que deseara vender sus accionas deberá ofrecerlas a los restantes consocios, debiendo estos ejercer este derecho de opción dentro del plazo de diez días corridos, ***con dos de notificación.***

Significa "di cui due gg per la notifica" oppure "oltre a due gg per la notifica"???
O forse è meglio rendere la frase così?: "entro 10 gg consecutivi a partire dal secondo giorno della data di notifica
