Sto traducendo un atto di cessione e non riesco a comprendere il significato di "servitude". Nel primo caso sembra che l'acquirente del terreno debba svolgere dei servizi per l'associazione di cui entra a far parte, ma nel secondo? Grazie!

Detta anche "easement".

There really isn’t much difference between an easement and a servitude. “Easement” is a common law term; “servitude” is a civil law term.
