Another baffling Tunisian term. The sentence says the following:
لا تاخذ بعين الاعتبار في احتساب معدل نسبة الفائدة المشطة أو الفائدة المنفلة من قبل الدولة
Based on the context of the text, I assume المنشطة is maximum (sometimes excessive, who knows with Tunisia-based drafters?!), but not sure what منفلة means in this context. Thanks...
