Hi Laura FYI (not that it necessarily applies here) it is customary for the person typing the document to initial it in lower case. His/her name would not be mentioned on the document since it is just the person responsible for typing it.

Hi! The original is from Manila, Philippines. And it cannot be the initials of any of the names appearing in the document... Moreover, they're not written in capital letters :S.
