Please note that a grinding wheel is unlikely to be 762 mm (= 76.2 cm) in diameter.

The following links shows loads of grinding wheels. One of them is described as Ø 762/130.

The first figure (here 762) seems to be the part number while the second figure (here 130) seems to be the diameter.

The link may be of general interest to you, but just at a short glance I have already noticed several errors in the English.

  -> I am fairly certain that it is a grinding/abrasive wheel (but 762 does not mean mm). A sanding belt would probably not be called Schleifkörper.
