Olá.

De uma certidão de casamento (descrevendo a cerimônia): "... em cartório, onde se achava o M. Juiz de Casamentos, dr. XXX, comigo escrevente habilitado de seu cargo, no impedimento do Oficial de Registro Civil, depois de legalmente habilitados, receberam-se em matrimônio: como esposo, YYY, brasileiro, etc."

Queria um auxílio com esse "no impedimento" (seria meramente a impossibilidade de estar presente?), e com o sentido geral da frase, do qual não estou muito certo.

Minha tentativa: "... in ufficio, presente l’Egregio Giudice di Pace dott. XXX, con me, sottoscritto, Cancelliere Autorizzato nell’incarico, considerando/vista l’impossibilità dell’Ufficiale dello Stato Civile di essere presente, e davanti ai sottoscritti testimoni, previa legale abilitazione, hanno contratto matrimonio: come sposo, YYY, ecc."
