Les obligations sont en général garanties - dans le cas des obligations vertes il semblerait qu'il y ait possibilité de garanties supplémentaires (ou externes).
Ainsi je propose l'appui sur des garanties externes

agree  Germaine: mais pas avec "l'appui sur". Les obligations ne sont pas toutes "garanties" (= secured). Ce dont on parle ici, c'est de prêter foi/se fier (peut-être même utiliser) (peu ou prou) aux "déclarations et garanties" (representations...) formulées par des tiers
