J'ai fait ce choix à cause des doutes sur l'interprétation, mais je note le terme "transport alterné" pour de futures traductions.

Washed out or not, I wouldn't want to risk drinking milk or orange juice that was transported in a tank that previously transported metal cleaning fluid.

Note that not all olive oil is the same and one would not want contamination between one delivery and the next. It could be quite dangerous to have residues of a previous delivery of milk in a fresh delivery of milk, especially if the two deliveries were from different farms.

if the tanker is used to transport the same olive oil again and again, residues from the previous delivery are not big deal;

if the same tanker that was used to transport milk is to be used to transport olive oil, no one wants olive oil with an addition of milk, so it needs to be washed before the next delivery.

The "uniqueness" of the product is from one delivery to the next - which is not so obvious from "single product of transportation"

@asker je n'ai jamais rencontré l'expression mais votre interprétation parait bonne puisqu'en l'absence de ce certificat il en faut un pour garantir que les camions ont été lavés avant le transport.. Ce qui porte à croire que ce produit doit être transporté seul donc "produit unique"....
