Serbian term (edited): nastup

participation; involvement

At the 32nd meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a Decision was adopted concerning joint participation of shareholders of the Company in the event of (with regard to) a qualified potential buyer of a majority stake. However, it was proposed not to allow participation of banks in bankruptcy or liquidation [sic -- evidently as bidders, since it is unlikely that such entities could be excluded if they were shareholders].
Peer comment(s):

disagree Daryo : they will all "participate" or be "involved" anyway, the key point you missed is that they have aggreed to have all one common approach/position ... the real question is "zajednički nastup" in the sense of "all singing from the same hymn sheet"

False! The passage reads "At a meeting of the Supervisory Board." This is not the shareholders!!! (Also, pls. READ my explan.: "JOINT participation".) (Incidentally, it is rude to "disagree" to a competitor's answer, and 50 times rude if you're wrong.)
