Italian translation: zucchero "bastardo"

German to Italian translations [PRO] Food & Drink
German term or phrase: Basterdzucker Ciao a tutte e a tutti, sono alle prese con la traduzione di un elenco di ingredienti per una grossa azienda alimentare tedesca (pura terminologia, nessun contesto). Tra i vari ingredienti c'è "Basterdzucker", che su Wikipedia viene descritto come segue: "Bastardzucker (auch: Basterdzucker) feuchter, krümeliger, feinkristalliner Zucker, der noch Begleitstoffe enthält, die von der Gewinnung stammen. Der Übergang zu Farin ist fließend." Ho trovato alcune occorrenze di "zucchero bastardo", ma troppo poche per considerarlo un traducente "valido" (e in più di un caso si trattava di una traduzione).
