English term
conditioned in / conditioned out
English to Spanish
Tech/Engineering
Construction / Civil Engineering
Contexto:
Section 3.6 “Moderator Low Level Trip”
3.1.1 Section 3.6.1 “Description”
Moderator low level trip is designed for increased defense in depth against moderator drain events as per “Improvement to SDS2 Trip Coverage and ROP Upgrade” [3] and the “SDS2 Trip Setpoint Design Assist Analysis” [4]. A trip is initiated when the moderator level in the calandria goes below moderator low level trip setpoint. The trip is ***conditioned out*** at low power to avoid spurious trips during maintenance. A sustained time of 3 seconds is provided to minimize spurious trips due to negative level spikes, which may occur during cover gas relief valve operation. The time delay will also provide separation between SDS1 and SDS2 for the same event where possible.
This trip is automatically ***conditioned-in*** when Log N ≥ 0.3% FP. An alarm on PL2 annunciator is activated when the Log N power is below 0.3%.
The level measurements are provided by a standpipe/orifice design installed in the connection line between the calandria and head tank.
Gracias
