Las células estaminales -también conocidas como células madres, troncales o germinales-, son células maestras que tienen la capacidad de transformarse en otros tipos de células, incluidas las del cerebro, el corazón, los huesos, los músculos y la piel.
Así que puedes decir "células no estaminales cancerígenas" o "células cancerígenas no estaminales".

: Estoy de acuerdo. En este sentido también podrían ser "no germinales" o "no precursoras" como sugiere Yvonne. Aún así, ninguno aparece en los diccionarios/glosarios técnicos.

Otra opción, pero utilizaría cancerosas en lugar de cancerígenas.
