The plasma blade and suction coagulator is a single-use, monopolar RF device. It consists of a single handpiece and two interchangeable electrode tips; a UPPP tip for tonsils, soft palate, and uvula, and a Suction Coagulator tip for rescue coagulation of tonsils, soft palate, and uvula. The handpiece connects to the generators and may be operated with the integrated handswitch or the footswitch.
