English to Serbian Marketing Advertising / Public Relations agreement on media agency

At all times, Agency or the applicable Agency Affiliate shall ensure that adequate security provisions are in place to prevent the inadvertent disclosure of XXX's information to persons working on behalf of any competitor, including:
1. Restricting access to XXX's files only to those Agency employees working on XXX's accounts—with separate server space for XXX and any identified competitor, and with no cross access by personnel working on competitive brands;
