Hello. I am just not having any luck with this term. So, before a theatre performance, the agreement says:

c. LA ORGANIZACIÓN llevará a cabo una rueda de prensa y/o pase de gráficos si LA COMPAÑÍA así lo pidiera la semana anterior o de la fecha de función, sin coste alguno para LA COMPAÑÍA.

Distribution of graphic materials? I think the main idea is that photos or a brochure on the dance performance will be given out.

Yes, this was exactly it. My client responded: vienen las cámaras de fotos y video-tv para grabar un tiempo corto, se hace un trozo corto de la obra para que tomen fotos o/y puedan grabar las cámaras.
Es el complemento de una rueda de prensa.
