It seems to be rehabilitation in an everyday environment or situation. Does anyone know an English phrase?
Thank you very much

neutral  philgoddard: Quite possibly, but I suspect the asker wants to know what "ecologically" means in this context.

neutral  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: The terms "valid" and "process" don't appear to belong naturally here.

-> Thanks Nikki. I don't have a lot of confidence in it myself but "ecological rehab" seemed too easy an option.

environment-appropriate/environment-sensitive rehabilitation

Explanation:
Perhaps it could mean rehabilitation adapted to the patient's specific physical and social environment? No refs found for my suggested phrasing, but perhaps that is the general idea. It just seems that "écologique" is being used in a sense that one wouldn't use "ecological" for in English.

Not an original EN source, but in context it may help.

http://www.hindawi.com/journals/rerp/2012/928294/

"Thus, in addition to identifying the impaired and preserved cognitive domains in a patient with schizophrenia, it is equally important to define the consequences of the cognitive deficits on daily life activities and to develop ecological rehabilitation strategies (i.e., which can be transferred to real-world situations) based on concrete objectives in daily life."

"(4) Ecological rehabilitation strategies, which are combined and chosen according to the rehabilitation objectives, are then proposed to the patient and a “rehabilitation contract” is mutually agreed upon between the patient, and the mental health professional."

The criticism I can level against theses sources is of course that they are not EN originals, but translations.
