The dual-pressure valve is switched through (AND function) when signals are applied to both inputs 1. If different pressures areapplied to the two inputs, then the lower pressure reaches the output 2.

The only other paragraph where it appears reads:
Las válvulas de simultaneidad sólo deja pasar aire comprimido si reciben presión en todas sus entradas.
